The Sofia Backgammon Set is a board inlaid square by square: the Sofia marquetry pattern on the outside, a classic playing field within, closed with golden hinges. The full-size board is made for the table; the travel size folds the same craft into a case you can carry.

Choose the basic playing set, or upgrade to lacquered wood pieces turned and finished by hand.

Cut, inlaid, lacquered and polished by hand in the Sorrento workshop of Giuseppe Ercolano. Three generations on, the method has not changed.
