Terms & Conditions

Last updated — July 2026

These terms govern the sale of pieces through this website. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Shipping, Returns and Privacy pages.

The seller

Pieces on this website are sold by Art Decor Suites S.r.l., registered office Via Angelo Cosenza 90, 80062 Meta (NA), Italy — VAT and tax number IT10361701211, REA NA-1100105, share capital €25,000, sole director Giuseppe Ercolano. You can contact us at info@ercolano.it.

The pieces

Everything we sell is handmade from natural wood. Grain, tone and marquetry detail vary from piece to piece: this variation is a mark of the craft, not a defect. Photographs are representative, and colours may appear slightly different on screen.

Prices

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Shipping and any charges for destinations outside the European Union are shown separately before you confirm your order. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order by email. We may decline an order — for example if a piece is unavailable or an obvious pricing error has occurred — in which case any payment taken is refunded in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, through secure third-party providers. Your order is prepared once payment is confirmed.

Delivery, returns and withdrawal

Delivery times and costs are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Your right to return an eligible piece within fourteen days, and how refunds work, are set out on our Returns page. These form part of these terms.

Legal guarantee

As a consumer you are entitled to the legal guarantee of conformity provided by Italian and EU law. If a piece is faulty or not as described, contact us at info@ercolano.it and we will put it right.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights. Beyond that, our responsibility is limited to the value of the piece purchased.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, and subject to the mandatory rules that protect you as a consumer, the competent court is that of Torre Annunziata.
