Every piece leaves the same Sorrento workshop it was made in, hand-wrapped and tracked to your door. This page explains where we ship, what it costs, and how long it takes.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide from Italy. Our primary markets are the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and the European Union, but we are glad to quote and deliver almost anywhere.

Shipping rates

Shipping is complimentary within the European Union. For all other destinations the exact cost is calculated at checkout, based on the delivery country and the weight and dimensions of your order.

Dispatch & transit times

Pieces held in stock are dispatched from the workshop within a few business days. Larger or made-to-order pieces are prepared to order; where this is the case we confirm the expected timing by email before your piece ships.

Once dispatched, most orders reach EU addresses within a few working days and international addresses within roughly one to two weeks, depending on the destination and customs handling. A tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order leaves us.

Duties & taxes

Orders within the European Union are delivered with all applicable taxes included. For destinations outside the EU, parcels are shipped on a delivered-duty-unpaid basis: any import duties, taxes or customs fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price or shipping charge.

Customs charges vary by country and are set by local authorities, not by us. If you are unsure what applies in your country, please ask before ordering and we will help where we can.

Packaging

Each piece is hand-wrapped and double-boxed to travel safely. Marquetry and lacquer are protected against movement and humidity in transit, and every parcel is fully tracked.
